Psychoeducational Testing (Ages 4.5+)
Comprehensive psychoeducational testing focuses primarily on identifying learning, attention, processing, and social-emotional needs that may be impacting you or your child at home, school, and in the world. My evaluations examine all areas of functioning using appropriate testing instruments which typically meet guidelines for school admission, accommodations (public and private school), and standardized testing. These include measures of intellect, academics, processing, attention, and social-emotional wellbeing. A comprehensive evaluation (rather than looking at only one aspect of functioning) is the most effective way to explore one’s learning needs and to identify patterns of strength/areas of growth across multiple domains. A comprehensive evaluation allows me to rule in or rule out specific/co-occurring diagnoses and to provide recommendations/accommodations to address individual needs.
These evaluations allow me to diagnose concerns which may enable you or your child to receive specific accommodations and support in school. Please note that I do not prescribe medication (I am a psychologist, not a psychiatrist. But I will provide referrals!), do not complete formal evaluations for disability benefits, and do not complete evaluations to be used in court proceedings. See my FAQ page for more information regarding if a comprehensive educational evaluation is right for you or your child.
Comprehensive evaluations involve five to six and a half hours of testing, depending on age. Appointments are broken up into two half-days (three for very young children). Following testing, I will schedule a 90 minute feedback meeting with you to review the results of testing in detail and discuss recommendations. You are then provided with a written report that can be used to communicate with schools or other professionals. I remain available for consultation and follow-up as needed. The cost of testing is inclusive of all of these services. See my FAQ page for more information!
Testing is available to individuals ages 4.5 - adulthood.
2-3 half-day appointments based on age | Price based on hours of testing required, one time fee starting at $3600
Adult ADHD Testing (Ages 18+)
(New!)
In a world where honest conversations about mental health and wellbeing are becoming less stigmatized, many adults are realizing that they may have shown signs of neurodevelopmental conditions, such as ADHD, that went unnoticed up to now. Specifically, many people are learning that they may have learned to “mask” such symptoms, or compensate for areas of difficulty with their many areas of strength. Also, some intersections of one’s identity have a direct impact on how noticeable symptoms of ADHD may have been during childhood, even though they were there all along.
If you’re an adult who continues to struggle with impulsivity, low tolerance for frustration, moodiness, restlessness, anxiety that doesn’t respond to treatment, trouble coping with stress, difficulty getting out of hyperfocus, staying organized, managing time, planning, multitasking, prioritizing relationships or tasks, following through, or finding the “flow” or joy in daily life, you may have symptoms of ADHD! An evaluation can help you dig deeper into what’s going on and how to support yourself! It can also help your providers (primary care, psychiatry, therapy, etc.) know you better and guide treatment/intervention.
The ideal client for ADHD-only testing is 18 years or older and interested in officially ruling in/out a diagnosis of any subtype of ADHD only. In this evaluation, I will not assess for learning disorders, processing disorders, or other conditions covered in my comprehensive evaluation. Ideal clients are also interested in learning more about their intellectual, social, emotional, and day-to-day functioning as it relates to their symptoms, and may be in need of accommodations in school or the workplace. ADHD only evaluations will require you to allow observer insight into the testing process (through surveys sent to teachers, family, significant others, employers, coworkers, etc.). Please note that I do not prescribe medication (I am a psychologist, not a psychiatrist. But I will provide referrals!), do not complete formal evaluations for disability benefits, and do not complete evaluations to be used in court proceedings.
Following testing, I will schedule a 45 minute feedback meeting with you to review the results of testing in detail and discuss recommendations. You are then provided with a written report that can be used to communicate with other providers. I remain available for consultation and follow-up as needed. The cost of testing is inclusive of all of these services.

Teaching and Consultation
As an early career psychologist, I am in the process of expanding my practice to include teaching and training in both k-12 and higher education settings, as well as in our area. I am excited about opportunities for consultation through workshops, lectures, and collaboration with educators, businesses, and community organizations. I am interested in both volunteer and paid speaking opportunities as a way to connect with our community.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are interested in opportunities for training, guest speaking, or professional development!
